You feel it all. You want it all. You try your damndest to do it all. But the reality is, you can’t please everyone. You need to keep coming back to yourself or you run the risk of being spread too thin.

I don’t want to bore you with physics talk, but Newton’s 1st Law is hella important when it comes to instigating the actions that will help you make an impact.

Every object will remain at rest unless compelled to change by an external force or catalyst.

So how do you find the catalyst that will create waves out of still water? You call upon the elemental energies of air and earth.

The winds of change can help you let go of stagnant ideas and summon more creativity. Tune into the power of air by consciously letting go of the things that don’t light you up.

Earth energy can help you stay grounded and consistent as you work toward making your mission come to life. It calms your watery tendency to move in all directions and pulls your attention back to where it matters most. Summon earth energy by writing out your mission statement and sticking it
somewhere super visible.

Using the elemental energy of water to help you rise

The depth of your intelligence and intuition are incredible gifts that allow you to create amazing, life changing offerings for your audience.

Like most empaths, you’ve probably felt cursed by your sensitivity in the past, but as a business owner, you’ve got a unique superpower. Your ability to listen to the needs of your community and offer genuine, effective solutions is powerful.

One of my dear clients, let’s call her Aqua, is a water. Her emotions take her out of the game a lot of time. When we first started working together, it took her a year to finish her first big project with me because she went on a huge whirlwind of emotions.

She would start, have a burst of energy and creation, and then all of this stuff would come up for her that made her pause for months on end. She did move through that, and her emotional intelligence is truly her gift and what she teaches for her clients.

She’s had to learn how to harness and work with it, but her intuition is truly her genius so it’s not like we would ever want to stifle it, just help her learn how to navigate it better.

Learn to listen to your intuition and you’ll be able to summon your inner wisdom anytime you feel lost or stuck. The easiest way to do this is to simply get still, calm your mind, and let yourself trust that the Universe will give you the answers you need.
