My friend Sherina and I organized a magical trip to Panama. We instantly said YES yes and more YES to ALL the ideas. But, we quickly found that this trip would not be possible without someone who was good at logistics and details. Someone on her team carried a lot of the weight so her and I could be in the visionary role and that finding that balance was essential to the success of the trip.
